ABOUT US
Ottawa South United Soccer Club is a Non-Profit community based soccer club providing soccer programs year round to approximately 6,000 youth and adult players, participating in our Developmental, Recreational, and Force Academy programs.

WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT 
Your support helps children become successful in developing their soccer skills but more importantly, helping them learn teamwork, hard work, and sportsmanship.
It also allows us to improve our soccer programs and facilities, provide scholarships for worthy players and offset the cost of participation.
Sponsors play a key role in helping our club reduce player fees by sponsoring individual teams and / or divisions. OSU soccer is able to provide sponsors with significant opportunities for exposure within the community, through a variety of mechanisms including digital, print and uniform sponsorship.

OSU is fortunate to have many great corporate and community partners that help players, coaches, and our entire soccer family. Although the club is run by volunteers and is a not-for-profit organization we have many operating expenses. Your sponsorship helps us keep our registration fees affordable by helping to defray the cost of:

• Team uniforms and equipment
• Field rental and maintenance fees
• Referees
• Support our "Help the Kids Play Fund"

Many businesses support community soccer through their employees. Please ask your employer on our behalf so that we do not miss these opportunities.

CURRENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2022

1- Player Scholarships - ( Help the Kids Play Fund - HKPF ) Any amount above $100
    100% sponsorship funds to our HKPF go directly to assist less fortunate players who are not able to  
    afford to play organized soccer. Please email us at osugm@osu.ca to support this fund 

    This level entitles Sponsor to:

2- Business Listing -  $250
     This level entitles Sponsor to:
     Company's logo to appear on Sponsor web page with a link to the company's website or social media 

3- Field Signage at our George Nelms Facility - $700 ( 4' x 8' Banner provided by Sponsor )
    - Our Facility hosts over 70,000 yearly participants from across Ottawa , Ontario and Quebec
    - Located next to Mitch Owens road with over 400,000 cars passing by the facility yearly.
    This level entitles Sponsor to:

• Company banner 4' x 8' placed on our outdoor turf field fence.

4- Developmental Jersey Sponsorship - SOLD FOR 2023-2025 
      -  Age groups available for 2024: U4 -U8 ( 14-16 players per team)
      -  $450 / team ( 1 - 9 teams ) -  $400 / team ( 10 or more teams) 
     This level entitles Sponsor to:

• Company's one colour logo (Black or White) logo or name to appear on the front of the sponsored team (s) jersey 
• Company logo recognition and link to the company's website or social media on our Sponsor web page   

5- Recreational Jersey Sponsorship
      -  Age groups available for 2024: U9 -U18 , Adult Men's, Adult Womens ( 18-20 players per team) 
      -  $500 / team ( 1 - 9 teams ) -  $450 / team ( 10 or more teams)

6- Competitive / Academy Front Jersey Sponsorship - SOLD FOR 2024,2025
      -  Age groups available for 2022: U8 -U18 (16-18 players per team) 
      -  Over 1,500 players (68-70 teams) (over 3,000 Home and Away Jerseys)
      - Cost: TBD , 3 year commitment starting 2023 
    This level entitles Sponsor to:

• Company's full colour logo or name to appear on the front of all home and away Jerseys 
• Company logo recognition and link to the company's website or social media on our Sponsor web page   
• Company banner 4' x 8' placed on our outdoor turf field fence for 3 seasons.
• Company logo exposure across Ontario and Quebec for travel teams 
• Social media exposure. Followers: Facebook - 3,400, Twitter - 2,400, Instagram - 3,640, Website Yearly visits - 200,000

7- Competitive / Academy Sleeve Jersey Sponsorship 2023-2025
             Right Sleeve - SOLD FOR 2024 , 2025
             Left Sleeve - Available  
      -  Age groups available for 2024: U8 -U18 (16-18 players per team) 
      -  Over 1,500 players (68-70 teams) (over 3,000 Home and Away Jerseys)
      - Cost: $5,000 per year , 3 year commitment starting 2023 

This level entitles Sponsor to:

• Company's full colour logo or name to appear on the right or left sleeve of all home and away Jerseys 
• Company logo recognition and link to the company's website or social media on our Sponsor web page   
• Company banner 4' x 8' placed on our outdoor turf field fence for 3 seasons. Sponsor to provide.
• Company logo exposure across Ontario and Quebec for travel teams 
• Social media exposure. Followers: Facebook - 3,400, Twitter - 2400, Instagram -3640, Website Yearly visits - 200,000

8- Custom Sponsorship 
We can put together a custom made package to fit around every company's budget. We are also open to "in-kind" sponsorship for products and services OSU may require, whether its infrastructure development, food services, IT services, Rehabilitation / Medical services, etc..
