OSU Soccer offers adult soccer play at both the recreational and competitive levels.
Competitive opportunities for play within OSU's adult program are generally done through a try-out or consultation after being connected to the team contact by our Adult Competitive Program Coordinator, Jim Lianos (osugm@osu.ca).

Men's Saturday Morning League
The Saturday Men's league plays from May to October. Kick-off is at 9:00 AM and games are usually played in the Barrhaven area. The skill level and age level of this league is diverse, ranging from 18 to 60 and includes both first time players and the more experienced.
Saturday Men's Rec Supplemental Player Agreement (Mandatory)
Ladies Thursday Night League
The Thursday night ladies league consists of 10-12 teams at a recreational level and runs from May to August. The teams play centrally within the Barrhaven area and often meet afterwords to socialize. Registration in this league is capped and usually fills up very quickly. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register.
Friday Night Ladies 30+ League
Our Friday Night ladies 30+ League provides a great opportunity for games at a recreational level within our servicing area. The league allows for varying levels of ability, and all first time players are welcomed! Must be 30 years or older to participate.
Men's Oldtimers & Masters Teams
Our Oldtimers program is designed for players who are 35 years or older, and they compete within the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League, in a standard home and away league format in the summer.
Our Masters 50+ program is designed for players who are 50 years or older, and they compete within the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League, in a standard home and away league format in the summer.
